Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, Baby Brekkie, pasta sauce and Smoothie Fruit pouches and the Bakey-Bakies and pack 'o' snack bags.

Who can sign up for the Ella’s Kitchen Brigade?

We welcome anyone to sign up for the Ella’s Kitchen Brigade. Why not get together with friends, your baby groups, nursery or school to collect as much as possible. You can download a poster to advertise the scheme here. Remember, together we can help eliminate waste and help save millions of packages from entering our landfills.

What do I need to sign up for the Ella’s Kitchen Brigade?

Signing up for the Ella’s Kitchen Brigade is easy! You will need to provide a valid email address. Make sure you have your charity information to hand. You will need to fill this out correctly to make sure your £0.02 is paid to your chosen charity or school.

I signed up for the Brigade, but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

Please check to see if your confirmation e-mail from brigade-no-reply@terracycle.co.uk was sent to your spam or junk mail, BUT DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN. Please email customersupport@terracycle.co.uk with subject line: No Confirmation E-mail, along with your phone number. A representative will contact you shortly and activate your account.

What if my information changes or needs to be updated?

Sign into the TerraCycle website. Once you are signed in, click the Profile Tab and simply edit your account information. If you are having difficulties please contact customersupport@terracycle.co.uk and a representative will be glad to assist you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All shipping costs are paid for by TerraCycle. The Royal Mail shipping labels we provide are prepaid and ready to use.

How should I send the pouches back to TerraCycle?

Please send your pouches in using your own envelope. We recommend using an envelope with max dimensions no larger than 353mm x 250mm no thicker than 25mm!

How does TerraCycle count the waste I send in so as to allocate credit to my charity?

TerraCycle collects thousands of units of waste a day – in order to keep track of the waste we count all the shipments received using an average weight. We establish an average weight for each waste stream (coffee wrappers, discs, juice pouches, and more) collected through a brigade – your account will be credited based on the weight of the package sent in and weighed at TerraCycle facilities.

Your account will be credited based on the weight of your package, not individually counted units.

How many pouches can fit in my envelope?

Your envelope can hold around 50 pouches.
