Anyone can sign up for the Tassimo Brigade.

What do I need to sign up for the Tassimo Brigade?

Signing up for the Tassimo Brigade is easy! You will need to provide a valid email address and your mailing address. That’s all!

I signed up for the Brigade, but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

Please check to see if your confirmation e-mail from brigade-no-reply@terracycle.co.uk was sent to your spam or junk mail, BUT DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN. Please email customersupport@terracycle.co.uk with subject line: No Confirmation E-mail, along with your phone number. A representative will contact you shortly and activate your account.

What if my information changes or needs to be updated?

If for any reason you need to change or update your information, please email customersupport@terracycle.co.uk and a representative will be glad to assist you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All shipping costs are paid for by TerraCycle. The Royal Mail shipping labels we provide are prepaid and ready to use.

How should I send the Tassimo T-Discs back to TerraCycle?

You can send your Tassimo T-Dsics back using any box you have available, as long as the box does not exceed 5kg. Select your box, place your Tassimo T-Discs inside, seal the box and tape your label to the package. Lastly, you may drop it off in any Royal Mail post office.

How does TerraCycle count the waste I send in so as to allocate credit to my charity?

TerraCycle collects thousands of units of waste a day – in order to keep track of the waste we count all the shipments received using an average weight. We establish an average weight for each waste stream (coffee wrappers, discs, juice pouches, and more) collected through a brigade – your account will be credited based on the weight of the package sent in and weighed at TerraCycle facilities.

Your account will be credited based on the weight of your package, not individually counted units.

Charity cheques are mailed DIRECTLY to the designated non-profit organisation or school and not to the Brigade. Charities will receive a cheque in June for collections received in between November-April. Charities will receive a cheque in December for collections received between May-October. Note there is a minimum payment of £5, if not reached then the funds will rollover to the next payment date.

How do I get a mailing label and box?

Once you have registered and joined the Tassimo Brigade you can get mailing labels by logging into your account and clicking on “My Account”. Then simply click on the yellow “Get Mailing Labels” button and follow the on screen instructions.

Is there a limit to how many Tassimo T-Discs I can send in?

The only limit is that the box should not exceed 5kg in weight.

Our organisation is done collecting packages, can we unsubscribe??
